Epoch: A Distinctive Period of Time
A coaching journey often marks a distinctive or impactful period of time during which an individual or team gains clarity about themself and others around them. It is a time marked by significant growth or understanding which can act as a catalyst for action or change.
About Me
Coaching individuals and teams is what I do best. I’ll use tried-and-true coaching techniques and tools to help you gain clarity about what you do best, and together we’ll create a plan to achieve your goals and move you forward.
Coaching individuals and teams is what I do best. My work is about helping you navigate the deeper questions of work and leadership. Whether you’re wrestling with imposter syndrome, weighing a stay-or-go career decision, setting boundaries to regain control of your life, or learning to lead with greater confidence, I bring proven coaching techniques and tools to help you gain clarity and move forward with purpose.
My own story has been shaped by transition and reinvention. As the spouse of a now-retired Marine, I spent 20 years adapting my career at every duty station. That experience fueled my passion for helping others navigate uncertainty, show up with confidence, and design work that feels meaningful.
Today, I coach two CEO-peer groups, dozens of leaders, and teams at organizations ranging from Fortune 50 companies to small businesses and nonprofits. My coaching draws on more than 600 hours of individual coaching with successful mid-career professionals, nearly 100 CEOs and their teams, and my experience leading a team of coaches at UNC–Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School as their Director of Coaching.

My Approach
My role as a coach is to be a strategic thought partner every step of the way. In order to create impact for you or your team, I’ll ask thoughtful questions and ask you to dig deeper to help you gain clarity. What’s your why? What’s holding you back or getting in your way? What do you want to be different? How, specifically, can you move forward toward your goal?
Coaching prompts thoughtful reflection, ideas, and strategies to help meet the client’s goals. I’ll challenge and support you along the way, providing the framework and resources to unlock your full potential for lasting results.
