Coaching for Individuals
What does the Coaching Process Look Like?
Schedule an Intro Call
Are you ready to make a change? To take action toward a goal? Maybe you’re looking to make a shift - in your thinking, your career, or your leadership practices - and you want to explore next steps. If so, I invite you to schedule a free intro call.
Create a Coaching Plan
Your coaching plan will include your desired focus and outcomes for the coaching engagement. Get started here before the intro session and we’ll create your plan together when we meet.
Get Started!
After our intro call, I’ll send you my coaching contract and an invoice for the package you select. You can then schedule your first session online! You’re one step closer to gaining clarity on your goals and a plan to achieve them.
Coaching Conversations
Coaching topics are always decided by the client but generally fall into one of four areas. I can help you gain clarity by asking insightful questions, and together we’ll create strategies for maximum impact. You’ll leave every session with actionable next steps and I’ll follow up with customized resources to support your journey.
Learn.
Coaching starts with getting clarity by learning about:
yourself and your ‘why,’
what you are best at - your unique talents and strengths
the language of you - words and phrases to describe your value add
your values at work
what must exist in your next professional chapter
Leverage.
Take what you learn about yourself and leverage:
your personal brand
new insights in your personal pitch and in interviews
your strengths to mitigate your weaknesses
customized resources to support your journey
a professional network you build, nourish and lean on
Launch.
Use your knowledge to launch:
your new marketing materials: resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile
a path toward career advancement
a career pivot or job search
a plan or strategy
an onboarding plan for your new role
Lead.
Utilize your talents to lead:
the management, growth, and development of a team
difficult conversations
people toward a common goal
opportunities to give and receive feedback
more effective communication strategies
